Filip joined Smile Sail in June 2026. He has over 13 years of legal experience within law firms and global corporates. He started his career as a lawyer within the corporate M&A departments of Strelia and Loyens & Loeff. For the past 3 years, Filip served as Global Director Legal M&A, Corporate Functions and Insurance at Sibelco Group, a multinational materials solutions company. Moreover, Filip spent 10 years at Strelia and Loyens & Loeff across their Corporate Law, M&A and Private Equity teams in Brussels and Amsterdam.
