Overview

Olivier joined Smile Sail in December 2024. He previously worked as Technology Investment Banking Associate at Houlihan Lokey in Stockholm where he specialized in software M&A with a core focus on the Nordic market and was involved in multiple cross-border software transactions. Prior to that he started his career as Technology Investment Banking Analyst at GCA Altium in Stockholm which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in December 2021.
